- We respect your time so will always show up to meetings at the correct time, and expect you to do the same
- Everything is cancellable, with written notice on email to helpme@wheredidmymoneygo.com.au.
- Refunds will be given where work has not been completed, however with xero there is a monthly subscription fee that must be paid by you.
- 7 day change of mind fee - if you sign up but then realise that it’s not for you, that’s ok. The only cost you will be out of pocket will be the first month xero fee, even if we have spent time with you. Any extra will be refunded.
- We love working with couples - so if you want your partner to attend any calls they are very welcome.
- As a subscriber it is up to you to ensure you have the funds to pay the monthly membership fee. If you default 3 times over a 1 week period, then you are at risk of having your xero file suspended with no further access. Honesty about your financial circumstances are the best - just let us know that you are struggling and we will help with practical tips.
- We reserve the right to increase prices where the third party subscription prices increase. Last Xero subscription price increase was July 2024.
- You are here to document, track and improve your personal finances. While you can use this subscription for a small business, we will not specifically answer any questions about your business or provide business advice for you on any calls. This service is specifically for household and personal budgeting. - Intentional Money Management Pty Ltd is not a tax agent so cannot give tax advice. While Jodi Porteous is a tax agent, all tax advice must come via Northwest Accountancy Pty Ltd, which is a tax agent business (also owned by Jodi Porteous). A separate booking link will be provided if you wish to have tax advice about your situation.
- General bookkeeping advice will be provided in the calls, in relation to how to use xero, how to read reports, how to set up bank feeds, how to code transactions and how to create budgets and monitor your progress. This is not tax advice or BAS Agent advice under the Tax Agent Services Act.
- Resources provided under the membership are included under the membership fee. You will have access to all of these resources while you still are a member and pay your membership fee (which includes the Xero subscription).
